Communion Design + Photo Day 2

Ok, so this gal is one of my favorite cutie pa-tooties. We share the same birthday. I unexpectedly received the most darling birthday card from her this year and got a little choked up. You see, when we bring on clients to Silverbox something magical happens. Over time they become like family to us. Whether they're local, or people we're designing for across the country, there's some sort of bond that occurs, which happens to be my favorite part of Silverbox. It's all about the people.

We'll be highlighting our First Holy Communion season this week. It was a beautiful experience in more ways than one. From invitation designs to favors, a sprinkling of photography to thank you cards, and videos to monograms, we were in our glory. I've always look at them like mini weddings without the stress. Our first series of photos was a First Holy communion for a set of twins. I'm pretty sure I love these kiddos x2!

an easter scavenger hunt for the big kids

Are your kiddos getting a little too old for an egg hunt?Here's an easy idea to step it up a little. A photo scavenger hunt.

1. Plan a scavenger hunt route. (We planned ours for outside, but inside the house works just fine too.) 2. Take zoomed-in photos of the area you'd like to have the egg hunt. 3. Print out photos. (We used 4x6" photo prints). 4. Appropriately place your pictures, so the photo clue directs you to the next location. (We placed our clues in fun envelopes). 5. Of course your final destination should have a basket full of goodies! 6. Have fun and Enjoy!
